Omgsh I so wish I wore my stripper gloves that first day, would’ve made things so much mroe hilarious~ Mostly that picture… oh yea, you know what I’m talking about xP Or not! Cause I’m not even sure what I’m tlaking about.. lol!

So Day 1 of Anime Expo is always the day to get used to the whole expo feeling. Not like that takes long. Mostly when your walking tot he convention and someone yells out the car “Anime Expo Rocks!” basically right towards me since … well obviously I was going to AX with my blue wig and all.

So I decided to go to AX as a Princess Miku in an original design ball gown.
I seriously didn’t think it would be so… popular? I thought it was… okay. I would’ve done better. But I’m glad people liked it ^-^
I did try to avoid picture at first… I wasn’t used to people running up and asking for pictures >.< It was quite foreign to me. But I wouldn’t deny someone a picture of course… thats just mean.
My wig was really fun to wear too! hehe.

So I entered into the Masquerade Ball this year. It was REALLY nerve racking to me. When I had to be judged by the judges I didn’t even know they were the judges at first!! So I totally felt like I messed up. I had a sinking feeling in my stomach for awhile… and I really did feel like… well really bad. Cause allt he other dresses looked so cute and like they spent hours upon hours on it. Well I did spend hours on my dress… but I KNOW I can make it better.

It all turned out for the better though since I did win a Judge’s Pick so I got front row seat to the masquerade!! How awesome~ (I ended up not sitting there and stayed with friends~ Even if they wanted to get rid of me because I was undecided on it.
I even met new people! It was nice… so I’ll probably do the masquerade ball again next year if I can find another idea for a dress. I wanna challenge myself though, so who knows. I like making an outfit from a picture rather than thinking up an design myself. Cause then it doesn’t always work out.

Dancing at the ball was a blast! I’m so happy people asked me to dance as well. Mostly after I figured out I got a Judge’s Pick. Cause people actually congratulated me and paid attention ^-^;; Though wth, Kasuki’s a better dancer than me? Phsh I remember when she didn’t dance at all xD So I hope to make friends with the people that met me and all because I really wanted to make AX friends this year… I thought cosplay was a good way to go about that and it was~ Now its just finding them or them finding me… oh great xD

Oh so not to mention I went to AX Idol in the morning. I never signed in because … well I’m a scardy cat when it comes to voicing out. I can’t public speak or sing.. stage frieght -.-;;

Maybe next year… maybe!

So overall Day 1 was very successful! Took me awhile to get used to it but man, it was really fun. But my ‘hooker’ heels is not fun to wear all day when your feet were not lotioned… T.T
